Front of House Operations Manager

Permanent, full time position, to start immediately

Are you a strong, collaborative leader, who can motivate a team? This role would suit someone who is looking to step up from a supervisor/team leader position.

Salary £30,000 per annum, plus benefits  

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader, who can deliver a welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service across Sadler’s Wells venues, including our West End theatre, The Peacock.  

You must have/be:
  • Substantial relevant experience of house management
  • Substantial experience of leading and motivating a team of staff
  • Dynamic leadership skills, i.e. allocating team responsibilities, training and inducting       
  • A trained First Aider
You will work to provide a safe, clean, and well-presented environment for audiences to enjoy and to promote sales.
