Ticket Sales Project Executive
Fixed Term Position

Fixed-term position [3 - 4 month contract], due to commence as soon as possible

Salary £30,000 per annum, pro rata, plus benefits

We are looking for a Ticket Sales Project Executive to support on various ticketing and sales projects, with a particular focus on our new website project and associated systems, as well as in the operations of the team in our recovery year post Covid.  

This role will support within the following areas:        
  • Contribute to the overall website project delivery       
  • Project manage user testing of TNEW     
  • Management of CRM system (Tessitura)      
  • Administration of the Membership Scheme       
  • Optimization of customer touchpoints throughout the website and customer journey  
You will be highly skilled and experienced within the following areas:         
  • Project management and coordination
  • Data literate and attentive to detail     
  • Problem-solving (relating to CRM reporting and analytics)       
  • Managing expectations and workload prioritization    
  • Communication with ability to maintain working relationships    
  • Tessitura and TNEW   
You must currently hold the right to work in the UK.
