Part time position
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Ticket Sales team in providing excellent sales and customer service.
Sadler’s Wells is a
world-leading dance house – a place where artists come together to create dance
and where people of all ages and from all walks of life come to experience dance.
To be considered for the position you must have previous experience of working in a ticket office, preferably
using Tessitura.
Please be aware that shifts
will typically, though not exclusively, be within the hours of 9am to 8pm and
therefore you must have suitable availability to accommodate the needs of role.
Excellent communication
and customer service skills are essential.

Salary £11,398 per
annum plus benefits, increasing to £12,418 per annum on successful completion
of probationary period, based on working 20 hours over five days per week.
