Full time position
We are looking for an energetic Team Leader to join Sadler’s Wells Catering and Events team.
Are you enthusiastic
and bubbly with great people skills? Can you keep calm under pressure?
You will have the
ability to work as a part of the team and be able to motivate and train staff.
A meticulous attention to detail, great communication and customer service
skills and a good sense of initiative are required in this role.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience
in bars and/or events in a venue or a visitor attraction, ideally at team
leader level. You must
be available to work during daytimes, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
With plans underway for the
development of a fourth venue in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this is an
excellent opportunity to join Sadler’s Wells as it expands with potential for
you to grow the role.

Salary £23,113 per
annum, plus benefits.
