Head Technician, Lilian Baylis Studio

Permanent, full-time position

Salary £35,000 per annum, plus benefits  

We are looking for an experienced Head Technician to assist in the production process and smooth running of events, rehearsals, and shows, for the Lilian Baylis Studio (LBS).  

You will be a flexible, practical person with excellent lighting and sound skills, with stage and rigging awareness and experience in professional theatre work. You should also be confident supervising other staff, with a positive and collaborative outlook, and the ability to forge supportive and courteous relationships with a wide range of users of the theatre and other spaces. You must also currently hold the right to work in the UK.

This role will give you an opportunity to be closely involved in the preparation and execution of productions, event and community engagement projects in the LBS and offer production support to the various projects across the organisation.
