Duty Catering Manager

Fixed-term, maternity cover postiion, due to start August 2021

We are looking for an outstanding Duty Catering Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the catering operation (bars, café and events) with a strong focus on;
  • Delivering excellent customer service whilst maximising profit   
  • Develop and deliver on training strategy, building a high performing team  
 As the post-holder, you will possess great attention to detail and be able to deal with matters proactively. Highly organised with a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively, demonstrating your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also currently hold the right in the UK.
