Senior/Press Officer

Full time position

We are looking for an experienced Press Officer to join our busy in-house team to support a proactive approach to engaging new and existing audiences.

Sadler’s Wells is a world-leading dance house – a place where artists come together to create dance and where people of all ages and from all walks of life come to experience dance.

You will be working closely with some of the best dance artists and companies in the world. With responsibility for high profile campaigns, you will secure major national and international exposure for a range of productions. You will contribute to growing the team’s media contacts across all platforms and support the Head of Media Relations and Senior Press Manager to develop and deliver the department’s strategic aims.

You will have in-house or agency press experience and be able to demonstrate your understanding of achieving campaign objectives, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.

If you have experience of working on learning and community engagement activity, a keen interest in innovation and digital media, and are able to motivate and lead others, these skills would also be desirable.

With plans underway for the development of a fourth venue in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and a range of particularly high profile forthcoming productions, your flair with words and imagination will be invaluable. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and join the theatre at this exciting time as we expand.
