Cafe Team Leader

Are you enthusiastic and bubbly with great people skills and proactive approach? Would you like a new challenge of taking the ownership of running our Garden Court Café?

We are looking for an energetic and innovative Café Team Leader to join Sadler’s Wells Catering and Events team. You will be a team player with the skills to motivate, train and lead staff. Excellent customer service, communication skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative are a must.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy café or a coffee shop, ideally at a team leader level. You must also be available to work during daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

 

This role will be ideal for any individual looking to build a career within hospitality and who is eager to develop and grow to succeed in what they do.

 

With plans underway for the development of a fourth venue in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this is an excellent opportunity to join Sadler’s Wells as it expands with potential for you to grow the role.

Salary £24,155 per annum, plus benefits.
