Sadler’s Wells is a

The Catering and Events Department is responsible for external hire of
the venue and delivering all food and drink service throughout Sadler’s Wells
and The Peacock, focusing on the customer journey, trying to create memorable
experience for our patrons and clients.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Development Head Chef in creating seasonal
menus, managing the kitchen and contributing an excellent guest experience
throughout Sadler’s Wells.
You will have a
passion for food and a good palate, with excellent communication skills and a
creative approach to menu design. You will also be a strong leader, with
previous experience working at Sous Chef level.
