The
Catering and Events Department is responsible for external hire of the venue
and delivering all food and drink service throughout Sadler’s Wells and The
Peacock, focusing on the customer journey, trying to create memorable experience
for our patrons and clients.
We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen in order
to offer an excellent service to our patrons and guests with focus on the café
business. You will have previous experience of working in a busy café/eatery,
preparing and delivering food to a high standard at CDP level.
