Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships
Sadler’s
Wells is a world-leading dance house which supports artists in pushing
boundaries and developing contemporary dance as an art form. We are seeking
someone to create corporate partnerships that support our artistic and
organisational goals.
With
a year round programme of dance that appeals to a diverse audience base, there
are infinite possibilities for matching our dance productions with a corporate
partner who shares our brand values. We are looking for a creative individual
who can see the potential synergy, and who can get potential partners excited
about collaborating with us.
Sadler’s
Wells has three venues and we’re in the process of building a fourth, so this
is a unique chance to be part of the organisation’s growth, and to develop
corporate partnerships for our existing and new venues.
You will be skilled in creating compelling
partnership proposals, able to identify new prospects and key decision makers,
and confident in cultivating strong corporate partner relationships. We are looking for a highly driven and organised individual, who can
work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines. As an
excellent communicator, you will be confident in liaising with stakeholders at
all levels whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times. Willingness
to work outside of normal working hours is essential.
If you are interested in dance and the performing arts, enjoy a
challenge and have the skills we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary circa £35,000 per annum depending
on experience, plus benefits.
