Part time position

We are seeking a part time Housekeeping Porter to join our Cleaning and Housekeeping team. This team is responsible for ensuring the facilities at Sadler’s Wells and The Peacock are clean and set up to receive patrons and staff on a daily basis.

Do you want to work 5 hours a day, 5 times a week? We are looking for a part-time Housekeeping Porter to set up and pack away furniture for events

What you’ll do:

  • Work minimum 25 hours per week over 5 days out of 7.
  • You will get 2 days off a week.
  • Shift patterns include: 2-7pm, 5-10pm
  • You will mostly work at the Sadler’s Wells in Angel.
  • You may also need to work at as required Peacock Theatre in Holborn
  • Follow Sadler’s Wells health & safety practices
  • Set up furniture for events and store furniture safely at the end of events
  • Carry out porter duties including the moving of parcels from Stage Door to required locations as directed
  • General cleaning such as cleaning up spillages
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure the premises and facilities are maintained in good working order

  • Flexibility to work across both of the Sadler’s Wells venues (in Angel and Holborn)
  • You’ll have the right to work in the UK.
